Jeremy Pettit practice focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other energy transactions, as well as private equity investments. His clients include private equity funds and their portfolio companies, as well as public companies and other private companies. He advises his clients on a wide variety of transactions in the energy industry, including acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and investments in the upstream, midstream, renewables/low-carbon, and services sectors. Jeremy has also represented clients in other highly regulated industries, including transportation and infrastructure, real estate, and medical devices.
