Cathryn Le Regulski brings her prior employment litigation experience to bear in her role as a strategic advisor and counsel to publicly held, private, and not-for-profit companies on a wide array of employment law matters. She has significant experience with private equity firms, emerging and venture capital-backed companies, global enterprises, and publicly traded companies in the technology, life sciences, REIT, and healthcare industries. Cathryn’s practice has a particular emphasis on handling complex employee issues resulting from mergers and acquisitions (both buy-side and sell-side), financings, spinoffs and divestitures, and public offerings. In addition to providing strategic and corporate counseling, Cathryn’s practice encompasses executive transitions, investigations and training, compensation matters, workplace culture and policies, personnel management, strategic restructuring and reorganizations, and restrictive covenants. Cathryn previously served as office co-managing partner of another global law firm.
