Ayo Badejo is a partner in the firm’s New York office and practices in the M&A and Private Equity group. Ayo concentrates his practice in corporate and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring activities and corporate governance. Ayo has represented companies ranging from emerging growth companies to private equity firms and Fortune 500 companies in a broad range of industries, including financial institutions, financial service companies, healthcare providers and manufacturers, in complex transactions as well as in support of their day to day operations.
