Andrew Harper provides strategic counseling to companies, ranging from newly formed startup teams to mature late-stage private companies, on matters spanning the entire corporate life-cycle, including pre-incorporation planning, general corporate representation and counseling, venture capital financings, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions.
