Andrea Wang Lucan counsels clients engaged in every stage of energy transition, including developers, sponsors, and financiers. Andrea’s experience extends to all elements of energy project development and financing including joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financing, equipment purchase and sale agreements, and power purchase agreements.
