Jeffrey Wofford Bio

Jeffrey Wofford is corporate and securities lawyer with over 20 years of experience representing international investment banking firms and public and private companies in a broad range of complex corporate and securities transactions, including M&A, private equity, asset and mortgage backed securitization, warehouse lending and Islamic finance. Jeff also worked overseas as general counsel to a middle east investment holding company with over $500 million in assets. In such capacity, Jeff worked on the structuring and execution of many private equity and real estate transactions, the creation of real estate and renewable energy fund structures and the establishment of a corporate governance framework.
