Jeffrey Cahlon Bio

Jeffrey Cahlon is a partner in the Corporate and Securities Group at Sichenzia Ross Ference Carmel LLP. His practice focuses on representing issues and investment banks in a broad range of corporate and securities law matters and transactions. He has extensive experience in corporate financing transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, and private placements of equity and debt securities. He also represents issuers in Exchange Act reporting and compliance, and listing requirements. Jeff’s practice additionally includes mergers and acquisitions, including reverse mergers, and general corporate and securities law.
