David Manno is a member of the Corporate and Securities Department of Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP. Mr. Manno’s practice focuses on corporate and securities law. Mr. Manno regularly represents public and private companies in capital raising transactions, including private placements, bridge financings and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Manno also counsels public companies on securities law compliance and assists them with the preparation of Securities and Exchange Commission filings, including registration statements, proxy statements, 10-Ks, 10-Qs and 8-Ks. Education: Mr. Manno received his Juris Doctorate, with distinction, from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and received a B.B.A. in management from Hofstra University.
