Philip Rosen is a Partner in the Fort Lauderdale office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where he is a member of the Real Estate Practice Group. Philip focuses his practice on commercial real estate matters and business transactions. With more than 23 years of experience, he has counseled clients through the life cycle of their transactions across all asset classes. His clients include investors, developers, REITs, commercial landlords and tenants, private and institutional lenders, franchisees and business owners throughout Florida and the United States.
