David Batista Bio

David Batista is a Partner in the Fort Lauderdale office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where he is a member of the litigation department. David is an accomplished trial lawyer with more than 20 years of experience in complex commercial litigation, including insurance, business torts, class actions, construction, financial services, corporate, shareholder and partnership disputes, and products liability cases. He has served as lead trial counsel in high-damage federal and state jury trials and arbitrations.
