Tommy Mcdonnell is a corporate transactional attorney representing clients in forming, operating, and ultimately selling their businesses. Tommy frequently handles mergers and acquisitions ranging from closely held companies to large capitalization transactions. He also handles private market securities issuances, commercial finance transactions, general corporate governance matters, and business disputes. Tommy received his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C. While in law school, Tommy was a Law Clerk for the United States Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations, and interned in the Office of U.S. Congresswoman Kathy Castor as well as for the Honorable Catherine Peek McEwen at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida. Tommy currently serves as Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors of the Florida Museum of Photographic Arts, as well as on the Board of Directors of the Gasparilla Festival of the Arts, and on the Advisory Board of the Alliance of Merger and Acquisition Advisors (AM&AA) - Tampa Bay Chapter. Tommy was born and raised in Tampa, Florida and was the worst player on the Sickles High School basketball team for two consecutive years. His golf game is mediocre at best.
