Kevin Henry has established a well-earned reputation as a dealmaker. His solution-oriented mindset has helped his clients close numerous deals, even when faced with seemingly insurmountable hurdles. He practices primarily in the areas of commercial real estate and corporate matters. Kevin has developed a wide-ranging real estate practice, including acquisitions, leasing, finance, and development. He has particular expertise in the multifamily arena, where he often helps clients acquire developments with combinations of debt and syndicated equity. He also has established particular expertise in representing franchisees operating under a variety of national brands in leasing and corporate matters. In addition, he counsels commercial real estate brokers on commission disputes and preparation of effective listing agreements. Kevin has a passion for childhood literacy and development. Upon graduation from college, he joined Teach For America, where he served as a second grade teacher on the Navajo Indian Reservation in Northwestern New Mexico. He continues to follow this passion by serving as pro bono counsel for nonprofits focused on helping youth in underserved communities.
