A life-long Charlestonian with nearly two decades of experience, Felix Pelzer primarily focuses his practice on estate planning and probate administration, tax-exempt entity matters, taxation, business law, and property tax matters. His practice encompasses all aspects of estate planning, estate administration, and trust matters; tax-exempt entity matters; federal, state, and local tax planning, tax controversy matters, like-kind exchanges, and property tax matters; corporate and business matters, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and business succession planning; and alcohol licensing matters.
