Lisa Sigalet is a Partner within the Corporate department, based in the Solent office. Lisa advises on a wide range of corporate matters and her experience includes advising on acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations and corporate governance. She works with a variety of clients including private and public companies, management teams and investors. Lisa advises clients across a range of sectors but has particular expertise in technology, leisure, financial services and international transactions.
