Yoav represents technology companies, VCs, investment companies, private and strategic investors in a wide range of international & domestic corporate and commercial transactions, including M&As, venture capital investments, venture lending, private financings, JVs and strategic collaborations, restructurings and spin offs, technology licensing, distribution, manufacturing and other commercial arrangements. In addition, Yoav represents banks and other financial institutions in financing transactions with Hi-Tech companies, including, venture lending, credit facilities and loan syndications.
