Tal Karplus is a partner in Shibolet’s High Tech practice, his main practice focuses on complex Licensing and Technology Transfer transactions. Tal leads Shibolet’s Transactional Intellectual Property and Licensing practice representing domestic and foreign clients in all areas of commercial law, with particular focus and practice experience in cross boarder Intellectual Property, Licensing and Technology Transfer. Tal routinely assists his clients in developing, maintaining, licensing and protecting their intellectual property assets. His engagements have involved a diverse range of technologies and intellectual property from patents and know-how to trade secrets and trademarks.
