Shir Sela Pinhas is lead of the equity compensation practice. Shir has specific expertise in equity compensation plans and she provides counseling on all aspects of equity incentives to founders, employees and consultants of private and public, Israeli and international companies. Shir provides general corporate counseling to startups and high-tech companies, both Israeli and international, at various stages in their lives. Shir specializes in corporate law, commercial law and financing, and is experienced in negotiating commercial transactions.
