Ofer Ben-Yehuda is the Head of Shibolet’s High Tech Practice and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Referred to by Legal 500 as a ‘true partner to the client’, Ofer is a business-minded lawyer and regularly advises boards of directors and senior management on their cross-border growth, financing, operational and transactional matters including venture capital financings, public offerings, and private placements, PIPEs, spin-outs, recapitalizations, joint ventures, and strategic alliances and general corporate governance. Ofer is a recognized expert on matters pertaining to the Israeli R&D Law and the Israel Innovation Authority. Ofer’s practice focuses on the technology sector, including medical device, food tech, agri-tech, pharma, cyber security, mobile, and SaaS, and at all phases of development from emerging growth to fully mature global companies as well as representation of angel investors, incubators, accelerators, and joint ventures. In recent years, Ofer led some of the most creative M&A transactions in the Israeli market.
