Nati Agmon is a distinguished partner in the litigation department, bringing over two decades of rich experience to the table. His expertise lies in commercial litigation and conflict resolution, where he adeptly represents various clients, including commercial enterprises, governmental agencies, and public authorities. Nati’s proficiency extends across the spectrum of legal instances, including complex legal proceedings at all judicial levels, arbitrations, and mediations, and spans the breadth of commercial and administrative law. His specific focus areas encompass class action lawsuits, shareholder disputes, contractual issues, media and communications, and advocating in the Supreme Court and through administrative petitions. Academically, Nati is well-grounded with a Law degree (LL.B) with distinction from Tel Aviv University, complemented by a Master’s in Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the same institution.
