Partner in the Hi Tech and Venture Capital practice. With deep inter-disciplinary experience in technology and intellectual property licensing and transfer, venture capital transactions, corporate and commercial law, and European law, Iris focuses her practice on cross-border strategic transactions, including technology licensing and commercialization, and on assisting clients in all aspects of their day-to-day business activities. Iris represents high-tech Israel-based companies, as they grow and expand abroad, to the U.S., far east, China and Europe, providing them with the legal infrastructure for licensing their technologies, scaling sales and operations, and structuring strategic partnerships. She also represents multi-national corporations (some of which are Fortune 500)– in their Israel- based business and operations. Iris has unique expertise in automotive, medical devices, cloud services, e-commerce, new media and semiconductor industries.
