Eyal Ron is a partner at Shibolet’s project financing, energy & infrastructure practice. Eyal has extensive experience in large scale complex infrastructure projects worldwide, including complex Public Private Partnerships, Build Operate and Transfer Projects and various construction and development projects, with particular expertise in road and railway related projects. Such specialty encompasses all aspects related to strategic planning of such projects, ongoing legal support to existing projects, corporate structuring of consortiums and all EPC/O&M related matters. Eyal has also possesses extensive experience in complex project finance transactions and all related regulatory aspects related thereto, including some of the most prominent infrastructure projects in Israel in a variety of fields, such as gas and oil, electricity and power, water, communications. Eyal also handles a variety of transactions involving general commercial and corporate, M&A, venture capital and high-tech.
