Eyal Gilboa is a partner in Shibolet’s High tech practice, he specializes and has extensive experience in representing high-tech and clean-tech companies from a wide range of industries. Eyal has vast experience in corporate matters, providing companies with legal advice on a full range of routine and complex corporate and commercial issues, in a wide variety of corporate and commercial transactions with particular expertise in general corporate law, M&A, technology and venture capital, financing, joint ventures and strategic collaborations as well as other related commercial matters. Eyal advises his clients from the initial formation and early-stage fundraising through to later-stage venture capital and private equity financings. Eyal represents software, mobile, internet, software, cyber and clean-tech companies, as well as various investors, venture capitalists and angels in connection with their investments.
