Einat Weidberg is a partner in the High Tech practice and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Einat has over 20 years of extensive experience in representing Israeli and foreign clients in transactions within the Corporate & M&A, Healthcare and Life Sciences, High-Tech, and Venture Capital fields. Among others, Einat specializes in complex cross-border mergers and acquisitions, spin-off transactions including commercialization of defense and military technologies, as well as corporate and debt finance transactions, in technology-related companies. Einat handles technology companies through all stages from incorporation, through corporate and debt finance, complex technological collaborations, and to mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and other strategic deals. Einat also represents many leading Israeli and foreign corporations, investment companies, banks, and other financial institutions in various types of transactions involving the Israeli market, such as mergers and acquisitions, investment, and other kinds of strategic collaborations, as well as in their operations in Israel.
