Ben Inbar is a partner in the High Tech practice at Shibolet, he specializes in High-Tech and Venture Capital, and has extensive experience in general corporate law, debt and equity financing, M&A transactions, commercial transactions, IP licensing and commercialization. Ben has developed and manages the JumpStart by Shibolet website and leads our firm’s Legal-Tech practice. Ben practices in all fields of High-Tech and technology, with particular expertise in Legal-Tech, internet and mobile, smart industry, medical industry, cyber and automation. Ben’s clients include start-ups in various stages, Venture Capital funds and their portfolio companies, multinational conglomerates investing in Israel, multinational companies operating in Israel, as well as robotics, medical device, Bio-Tech, Legal-Tech, software and cyber security companies.
