Daniel Belzer is a partner in the Corporate Practice Group in the firm’s Century City office. He is a member of the Private Equity Team and the Emerging Growth/Venture Capital Team. Daniel’s practice focuses mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, investments, joint ventures, equity financings, and other capital raising transactions. In addition, Daniel has a passion for early stage company counseling, often serving as outside general counsel for his start-up clients and advising on business formation and structuring, capital raising transactions, and commercial issues. Daniel represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, family offices, public and privately held companies, as well as entrepreneurs and start-ups. Daniel is industry agnostic, but has significant experience representing companies in sectors that include industrials, social media, software, private security, communications, lab testing, aviation, manufacturing, healthcare, food and beverage, real estate, hospitality, technology and entertainment. Daniel is a deal-maker at heart. He brings a hands-on, commercial and solutions-oriented approach to navigating transactions and his clients’ complex issues. Having experience across such a broad cross section of industries and transaction sizes, Daniel takes a tailored approach to each matter, focusing on the client’s business priorities and objectives.
