Peter Park Bio

Peter Park is a partner in the Corporate Practice Group in the Los Angeles and New York offices. He is also a member of the firm’s Aerospace & Defense, Cannabis, Emerging Companies & Venture Capital, Financial Services and Private Equity teams. Peter’s practice focuses on advising private and public companies, private equity funds and their portfolio companies on a broad range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, minority investments, joint ventures, equity arrangements and corporate governance matters. He represents clients in a variety of industry sectors, including aerospace and defense, auto dealerships, business services, cannabis, consumer products, environmental services, financial services, food and beverage, lead generation, life sciences, software and technology, and manufacturing.
