Jeralin Cardoso Bio

Jeralin Cardoso is a partner in the Corporate Practice Group in the firm’s Del Mar (San Diego) office. Jeralin currently serves as the Co-Leader of the firm’s Corporate Practice Group and is also a member of the firm’s Healthcare, Private Equity, and Emerging Growth/Venture Capital Teams. As an active member of these industry teams, Jeralin has represented clients across a variety of sectors. She has represented private equity funds and their portfolio companies in numerous acquisition and divestiture transactions and has also represented private business owners in sale transactions to private equity funds and other strategic investors.
