Frank Bacelli Bio

Frank Bacelli is a corporate partner in the firm’s private equity practice and is located in our Washington, D.C. office. Frank previously served as the leader of the firm’s Private Equity Team as well as the firm’s Aerospace, Defense & Government Services Team. Frank’s practice focuses on advising private equity sponsors, their platform companies and public and private companies in leverage buyouts, M&A transactions and general corporate matters. Frank represents clients in a broad range of industries such as aerospace, defense, government services, industrial/heavy manufacturing, business services, software, transportation, retail and consumer products.
