Ariel Yehezkel Bio

Ariel Yehezkel is a partner at Sheppard Mullin, where he leads the firm’s established Private Equity practice and serves as a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Ariel has extensive experience advising private equity sponsors, business owners, and public and private companies, and his practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, growth equity investments, capital markets transactions, joint ventures and strategic alliances, fund formation, and commercial arrangements. Ariel also represents portfolio companies of private equity fund clients throughout the investment lifecycle, including in add-on acquisitions, recapitalizations, reorganizations, exit preparation, and corporate governance. Ariel is particularly recognized for his work at the intersection of private equity and regulated industries such as healthcare, consumer health, vitamins, minerals and supplements (VMS), and food and beverage, combining deep private equity knowledge with the firm’s strong industry and regulatory capabilities to provide integrated, commercially focused advice.
