Adam Shipley Bio

Adam Shipley is a partner in the firm’s Corporate Practice Group in New York City, and serves as the Co-Leader of the firm's Corporate Practice Group. Adam advises clients on business transactions, including company acquisitions and sales (advising both buyers and sellers), growth capital investments, joint ventures, and partnership formations. He has worked with clients in the investment management, technology/software, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors, among others, including matters with cross-border elements. He has extensive experience representing both strategic acquirers and private equity funds, as well as their portfolio companies. Adam also advises insurance companies and MGAs on transactional risk matters and leads the firm’s transactional risk advisory team.
