Thomas Philippe is a partner in the Corporate practice. Thomas’ practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions, with a particular emphasis on the private equity market representing investment funds. He has been involved in many small-, mid- or large-cap deals and developed a broad experience covering the main aspects of this type of transaction, including with respect to the restructuring of LBOs. Thomas also regularly advises several industrial or services groups in their acquisition, restructuring or financing transactions, as well as in connection with the negotiation and drafting of various commercial agreements with respect to manufacturing, transitional services, distribution or commercial agency, and the resolution of disputes arising out of the same.
