Renad Younes is Regional Managing Partner for the Middle East and a partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Project Development & Finance practices. Renad focuses on advising companies, financial institutions and governments on international M&A transactions and projects that cover a wide range of sectors, including energy, infrastructure, healthcare and other industries. She has significant experience in the upstream, midstream and downstream sectors and has an extensive track-record of advising on energy transactions and projects. She also has particular experience in setting-up complex global joint ventures, including regulated and market facing joint ventures. Renad has represented governments, state owned entities and some of the largest companies in the world in numerous complex cross-border M&A and project development transactions.
