Phil Cheveley is a partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions practice and Co-Head of Mergers & Acquisitions, EMEA. Phil has a broad corporate practice based on international and domestic transactions. He specialises in public company takeovers, mergers, acquisitions and disposals, as well as primary and secondary equity issues. Phil also advises a number of quoted companies and financial institutions on the UKLA Listing Rules and Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Prospectus Rules, the AIM Rules, the Takeover Code and general company law.
