Grace Jamgochian is a partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions practice. Grace represents U.S. and multinational corporations in mergers, acquisitions and sales of public and private companies and their businesses and assets. Her experience includes cross-border public company mergers, private company buy-side and sell-side transactions, multi-jurisdictional asset carve-outs, as well as activist matters. She also provides counsel on takeover defense strategies and corporate governance matters. Grace has served as the co-chair of the firm’s peer-elected Associates Committee and the Asia-interested inclusion network, AVALANCHE, and has been an executive member of WISER, the firm’s women’s inclusion network. She has also been involved in the firm’s pro bono program at the International Criminal Tribunal of Rwanda. In addition, Grace is a former fellow of the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (NAPABA)’s Leadership Advancement Program.
