Daniel Mitz is Shearman & Sterling’s global head of Tech M&A and a partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions practice. He represents companies in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions. He has extensive experience advising clients on corporate governance and fiduciary duty matters. Daniel has lived and worked in Silicon Valley for the past 25 years.
