Christopher Zochowski is a partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions practice and is a member of the U.S. Private Equity Growth team based in Washington, D.C. He has extensive experience in mergers & acquisitions, capital markets and general corporate transactions, both domestically and internationally. He regularly advises corporate strategic, private equity, asset management and investment bank clients in structuring, negotiating and executing transactions.
