Scott Schneider practice is focused on representation of commercial landlords and tenants, particularly leasing on behalf of technology companies (from start-ups to mature, publicly traded companies), including some of the world’s largest and fastest-growing ventures. Before joining Shartsis Friese in 2018, Scott practiced real estate law in New York City for over ten years. Scott is licensed in both CA and NY and was named a Rising Star at the Georgetown Advanced Commercial Leasing Institute in 2015. Scott negotiated the largest office lease in San Francisco in 2019 and the second largest office lease in New York City in 2020. In 2022, Scott completed the largest office lease in Silicon Valley on behalf of the world’s fastest-growing social media company.
