Neil Koren is a partner in the Firm’s Corporate Department. He represents separate account managers and managers of private funds that employ many different investment strategies, including public equity, private equity, venture capital, real estate, and other strategies. Mr. Koren seeks to provide superior legal advice, while sharing his practical insights gathered from representing a broad spectrum of clients in the investment advisory business.
