David Kremer is the senior member of the Firm’s Real Estate Department. His practice includes all aspects of complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition, development, financing, leasing and disposition of commercial properties. Mr. Kremer has particular expertise in development projects involving corporate facilities and headquarters complexes, including the various financing techniques employed in such projects. At Hastings, Mr. Kremer was an editor of the Hastings Law Journal and a member of the Order of the Coif. Mr. Kremer also served as an extern to Associate Justice Frank K. Richardson of the California Supreme Court.
