Akshay Chudasama is the Co-managing Partner at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. He is based out of the Mumbai office of the Firm. Akshay is a part of our General Corporate Practice Group, counselling clients on corporate / private equity transactions, with a particular focus on cross-border transactions. Consistently recognised as a “Cross Border M&A Specialist” by Asia Pacific Legal 500, Akshay is particularly noted for his expertise in construction and real estate, IT, telecommunication and media laws. He has advised on various marquee transactions including one of the largest PE acquisitions of a strategic stake in PRL Developers Private Limited by Warburg Pincus; Blackstone’s acquisition of a stake in the commercial/ office space real estate portfolio of the K Raheja Corp Group, India.
