Michael specialises in corporate finance; advising public and private companies, individuals and institutions on domestic and international M&A, private equity investments, restructurings and joint ventures. He also advises on partnership matters. Michael has over 25 years post qualification experience, 18 of which he has been a Partner and leading on Corporate transactions for individuals, SMEs, large corporates and institutions, which has provided him ample opportunity to develop his project management skills and the ability to manage clients’ expectations and relations.
