Jody Webb Bio

Jody leads on substantial transactions including acquisitions, disposals, management buy outs and private equity investments with a particular focus on the UK mid-market with values of circa £5m – £100m across a variety of sectors. With over 17 years’ experience working in the Birmingham market Jody is well known for her expertise and commercial approach and has strong relationships with CF advisers, accountants and intermediaries. She advises corporates, owner-managers, management teams and investors on all aspects of corporate law and maintains close relationships with clients.
