Bio

I specalize in corporate law in particular, and assist multinational groups of companies and listed Swedish companies, but also small and medium-sized companies. I have solid experience within corporate finance and M&A, and often manage both cross-border and domestic projects in these areas. In addition, I have worked much with issues in the media and entertainment area. I also have experience of working as a company lawyer, with TeliaSonera and with the European Court of Justice in Luxemburg.
