Anders Holmgren Bio

I assist Swedish and foreign companies in the acquisition, sale and restructuring of unlisted companies. I am responsible for Setterwalls’ corporate law and M&A team, and I also assist Swedish and international companies with acquiring or selling unlisted companies, and with restructuring groups of companies. Many of my transaction assignments are cross-border ones, and I often work both with and against international companies and advisers. Although my transaction experience covers most sectors, I am particularly experienced within the telecoms, life sciences and retail areas.
