At SÉRVULO since 2019, Teresa Anselmo Vaz is a partner in the Commercial and Corporate Department, also acting in corporate dispute resolution and in arbitration. She graduated in European Studies from the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University (1986). She also completed the academic part of the master's degree in law in 1994 in the areas of civil law, company law and civil procedure law. She was a founding partner of Anselmo Vaz, Afra & Associados - Sociedade de Advogados, SP, RL (between 2008 and 2019), having previously been a senior lawyer at the international law firm Linklaters LLP - Lisbon (between 2002 and 2005), a partner at Olavo Cunha, Franqueira Dias, Barros de Figueiredo, Anselmo Vaz & Associados (between 1999 and 2002) and Pinto Ribeiro & Associados (between 1990 and 1999). Admitted to the Bar Association since 1988, she is also the author of several published works and articles in the field of commercial, corporate, intellectual and procedure law. She regularly participates as a speaker at conferences related to her areas of practice.
