Bio

At SÉRVULO since 2008, Sofia Carreiro is a Partner in the Corporate, Commercial and M&A department, having a special focus on M&A matters. She holds graduate qualifications in Commercial Contracts from the Centre for Commercial Law and Economic Law (Centro de Direito Comercial e de Direito da Economia) of the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Portugal (2000), and in Industrial Property Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon (1998). She started her professional career at the law firm «Ferreira Pinto & Associados», in 1999, as an associate, and in 2006 as a partner. She joined the Bar Association in 1999.
