Sveinung assists Norwegian and international clients with advice related to M&A transactions for industrial and Private Equity players. He has extensive experience providing ongoing advice on corporate legal issues and general transaction-related work. This includes but is not limited to, the preparation of transaction structures, incentive programmes, shareholder agreements, project management, and negotiations. He also serves as a trusted advisor for several clients. Sveinung has previous experience working at the law firm Thommessen, Danske Bank, and the law firm DLA Piper Norway.
