Nicolai Myren frequently assists businesses within the oil service industry, and provides counselling both in contract negotiations, project follow-up, M&A transactions and dispute resolution. During recent years Nicolai has particularly assisted within the field of international EPCI offshore projects; he has extensive experience in negotiation of subsea installation, drilling rig and shipping contracts.​ He has also counselled on joint venture structuring and project development internationally, leading to a widespread competence in industrial and commercial parts of the international oil and gas industry.
