Kjetil Grini Jacobsen is a partner at Selmer and works mainly with transactions and M&A, shareholder issues and corporate law. Kjetil has extensive experience in advising Norwegian and international companies in complex contractual and transactional processes. In recent years, he has specialised in M&A and joint ventures within the energy and infrastructure sectors, assisting with transactions, development, and financing. Kjetil has led several major projects in hydropower, offshore wind, onshore wind power, fibre, district heating, data centres, charging businesses, and development projects in e-fuel, hydrogen, and batteries.
