Christopher Jensen Bio

Christopher A. Jensen is specialiced in financing, securities law and company law. Christopher advises managers, lenders and borrowers on various types of financial transactions, in particular acquisition financing and bond financing. Christopher has extensive experience in cross-border transactions, both as adviser and as an in-house counsel, and has represented both leading industrial groups and Private Equity funds in acquisitions, establishment of joint ventures and capital market transactions. Christopher is an active member of Selmer's recruitment team, and regularly lectures students on topics related to negotiable instruments law.
